Jomo holds qualifications in Industrial Sociology, Criminology and Human Resource Management, and completed the Programme in Management Development at GIBS. With over 20 years of HR experience, he has led transformation and stakeholder management initiatives at De Beers, Modikwa Platinum and Samancor. After holding senior HR roles at Samancor Chrome and Middelburg Ferrochrome, he took up his current position in June 2021.
